Downtown Miami Development Files Plans With FAA
The Witkoff Group has filed an application with the Federal Aviation Administration at 700 North Miami Avenue, the former site of Miami Arena. The application is requesting two tower construction cranes that will stand 779 feet above ground.
The current plans call for three 57 story towers to be built on the property. The development will have 2,351 residential units, 540,000 square feet of office space, ground floor retail, and 2,457 parking spaces.
