Quincy Center Development Approved by City Council
Quincy City Council approved the plan for two mixed-use developments on Hancock Street in Quincy Center. LBC Boston proposed to construct 320 residential units and office space on two parcels of land abutting a new public parking garage in downtown Quincy. The project will include two mixed-use towers. LBC will buy the 2 parcels of land from the city for $4.8 million.
