Downtown St. Petersburg Apartment Tower Takes Step Forward
The City of St. Petersburg Development Review Commission has given unanimous approval to a proposed 20-story tower that will add 246 apartments in downtown St. Petersburg. Sky St. Pete, located between downtown St. Petersburg’s EDGE District and Grand Central District, will offer a mix of 86 studios, 103 one-bedroom/one bath, 29 two-bedroom/one bath and 28 two-bedroom/two bath units. Amenities will include a coworking center on the first floor, a five-story parking garage offering 241 spaces, a sixth-floor rooftop pool deck with cabana, an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. A fitness center will also be located on the sixth floor. The 20th floor will feature a sky lounge providing views of the downtown St. Petersburg skyline.
