Dream Finders Homes Closes on Land for Single Family Homes in Saint Cloud
Dream Finders Homes has acquired land in the Waterlin Master Community in St. Cloud, Florida for $9.52 million. The land was purchased from Wheelock Communities, the master developer of Waterlin. Dream Finders Homes will build 276 residential units, a mix of townhomes and detached single-family homes. The Dream Finders homes will be located in the initial neighborhood of the community, Founders Corner, which will have 847 homes along with a neighborhood center, community pool and cabana, picnic pavilions, pickleball courts, playground and dog park. The Waterlin Master Plan includes multiple neighborhoods, village centers, parks and schools interconnected with an extensive trail network. The community has entitlements for 16,000 single and multifamily residences, 5.3 million square feet of office and commercial space, 700,000 square feet of industrial space and 400,000 square feet of civic use. Dream Finders plans to break ground in early 2025.
