Drilling and sub-surface foundation work are currently underway at 26-32 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens; the future site of a 49-story residential tower.
Developed by , with serving as the general contractor, the building will contain condo residences and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet when complete. The project site encompasses a square foot lot, with the new development replacing a single-story commercial building. Construction is expected to finish by the Summer of 2025.
