The project comes as the second phase of the 7-building, Hallets Point megadevelopment.

Combined, the towers are set to contain apartments, which will consist of both market-rate and affordable housing units. The buildings will also offer square feet of retail space, and several tenant amenities.

Designed by , the structures will stand approximately 277 and 327 feet tall respectively and are set to total square feet combined.

The towers are being constructed atop a shared parking foundation, which will provide enough room for vehicles. The property will also feature an expansive esplanade as well as a waterfront park. The square foot project site sits on the banks of the East River and will provide tenants with expansive views of Manhattan's Upper East Side. Work is expected to finish for both buildings by the summer of 2025.
