Early stage construction continues along Boston's waterfront for The St. Regis Residences, Boston. The upcoming 22-story-tower will contain 114 high-end residential condominiums along with a two-level signature restaurant. As Boston's first St. Regis, this project will offer residents access to a suite of signature amenities and personalized butler service. While luxurious, the design also takes into account the importance of climate resiliency with deployable flood barriers and other allowances for possible rising sea levels.
