Early Stage Construction Nearly Complete for Ovation at Arrowbrook
CBG Building Company has completed mass grading along with 65% of extensive site utility infrastructure with wood framing scheduled the begin in September for the Ovation at Arrowbrook project in Herndon. The building will feature 38,000 square feet of community retail and 274 affordable apartments. The community's 10,000 square feet of amenity space will house a fitness center, business center, community rooms, a private interior courtyard, and a precast parking garage.
