Early Stage Site Work Ongoing for Indigo Block in Dorchester
Early-stage site work is ongoing along East Cottage Street in Dorchester for the upcoming Indigo Block mixed-use development. When complete the project will feature 80 apartments, 44 of which will be designated affordable, eight townhouse-style condos plus a two-story commercial building to include light industrial and office space. Parking for 86 vehicles will also be constructed on-site.
