EAS Statements Still Being Filed for 150 Mill Street
Yes, that's correct, yet another Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS) has been filed for a 10-story, commercial development, proposed for 150 Mill Street in Brooklyn's Red Hook neighborhood. This is now the 9th EAS that has been filed for the project so far. The proposal has not yet entered public review, but this latest filing comes several months after the applicant, 150 Mill LLC, submitted requests to rezone both the project site and multiple neighboring lots. The application seeks to increase bulk restrictions, which would allow larger buildings to be constructed within the district.
Developed by , the building would contain square feet of office space, as well as square feet of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for 15,144 square feet of community facility area, which would be used for ambulatory diagnostics.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site itself is a paved lot, and no demolition would be necessary.
