East Boston Charter School Refinanced for $16.5 Million
Excel Academy Charter Middle and High School has been refinanced via Boston Private Bank for $16.5 million.
The Excel Academy East Boston Middle School and High School Project is a new 3 story charter school development. The 79,000-square-foot project consists of 35 classrooms, community rooms, a cafeteria, gymnasium, administration, office space, and support space for the charter school’s program.
