East Boston Development Financed for $5M
The development site along Frankfort & Gove Streets in East Boston has been financed through Metro Credit Union for $5M. The site includes the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church which will be renovated to include 14 condos. An additional new construction building to be added to feature another 94 condos. The project will also include parking for 84 cars and new green space.
