Eastbanc Planning Residential & Hotel Project at 1250 U St. NW
Eastbanc in partnership with Jamestown is planning a 9-story mixed-use project at 1250 U Street NW. The new project would include 106 apartments, 51 hotel rooms, and 36 stacked duplexes in the rear alley. Plans also call for a new canopy for the Metrorail entrance below plus 33 shared parking spaces.
