El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company with a South Florida-based team, is pleased to announce that ALINA Residences’ sales gallery has moved to the newly completed ALINA 210, residence 504, located at 210 SE Mizner Blvd., Boca Raton, FL 33432. The sales gallery for ALINA Residences, an award-winning, world-class residential destination in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, was previously located in ALINA 200, the project’s phase one building.

The boutique, nine-story ALINA 210, part of ALINA Residences phase two, reached a new milestone as it received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) ahead of schedule on July 26, 2024. Closings totaling over $100 million have been completed to date at ALINA 210 with more expected soon. Starting in early August, a selection of owners has begun to occupy the 30 residences. There is a variety of floor plans still available at ALINA 210.

 

ALINA 210 offers 16,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated amenities, dedicated to only ALINA 210’s residents. Exclusive amenities include a spa with dry sauna, aroma steam rooms, salon/treatment area, private locker rooms, state-of-the-art fitness facility and a bungalow-style pool with poolside cabanas.
