Electrical and fire alarm permits have been issued for the 15,000 square foot mixed-use project at 1919 Talbot Ave. in Dorchester. The new building, designed to meet Passive House standards will feature Talbot will include 14 moderate-income units along with 1,550 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 8 off-street parking spaces.
