Electrical Outfitting Underway on Exchange 200 in Malden
An electrical permit valued at $3,853,714 has been issued to 200 Exchange Street in Malden as tenant fit-out continues on the third floor. Plans call for a 320,000 SF conversion of the newly built office space to lab and life science. The project will include approximately 31,000 SF of spec lab suites.
