Electrical Reno Set to Kick Off for Seaport Office to Lab Conversion
An electrical permit valued at $4,000,000.00 has been issued to 601 Congress Street in the Seaport. BioMed Realty filed plans for a building conversion into 470,000 SF of lab space in May. The proposed renovations include reactivation of the ground floor with an approximately 3,000 square foot retail/restaurant space and upgrades to the building entry and common spaces.
