Electrical Permit Pulled for South Boston Mixed-Use Project
An electrical permit valued at $850,000 has been pulled for the mixed-use project at 21-35 West 2nd Street in South Boston. The upcoming 6-story building will feature 55 residential units 1 commercial space on the ground floor. The roughly 10,000 square foot site is located just around the corner from the Broadway MBTA station.
