Electrical Rough Work Begins on Seaport Square Block L5
Gaston Electrical has been issued permits valued at $15,850,000 for electrical and fire alarm roughs at Seaport Square Block L-5.
Plans call for an 17-story commercial tower featuring more than 700,000 SF of mixed-use research/office space with ground-floor retail. In addition to 630,000 square feet of office space for Amazon, the project will feature ground-floor retail and a new performing arts center, comprising two live performance venues. Construction is expected to last through 2024.
