Electrical Work Begins on Under-Construction 142-Unit Brighton Affordable Housing Development
Outkast Electrical Partners has pulled an electrical permit valued at $5 million for the J.J. Carroll redevelopment at 130 Chestnut Hill Avenue. The project will feature a 6-story mixed-use building with 142 residential units, an approximately 11,000 square foot Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Center, and ground floor "Village Center."
