Elevator Install Begins at The Oliver
Permits have been pulled to install 3 elevators at the Oliver in DC's Pleasant Plains neighborhood. The upcoming five-story building will include 93 fully furnished residential units, underground parking, a lounge area and a deck overlooking the Howard University campus. The university will occupy all 41,000 square feet of office space in the building.
