Elevator Shaft in Place at 31 North Beacon
Construction is underway and the elevator shaft is in place at 31 North Beacon in Allston. This project will feature 20 apartments and around 2100 sf of ground floor retail. There will also be parking for 22 cars on-site. Located in Union Square, the has easy access to MBTA and is also just several blocks from the new Boston Landing.
