Elizabeth House III Tops Out
A "topping-out" ceremony was held earlier this week for the Elizabeth House III project in Silver Spring, MD. The 400,000 square-foot, $130M, fifteen-story mixed-use tower will offer mixed-income affordable senior housing along with an aquatic center.
