ELM Consulting Opens Boston Office

Energy Lifecycle Management (ELM) Consulting has announced the opening of a Boston office, further expanding its presence across the Northeast. Along with their new Back Bay, Boston outpost, ELM also has locations in Connecticut, Ohio, and Los Angeles. They are proud to expand their ability to offer clients a suite of high-quality energy efficiency, sustainability, and ESG consultancy services. The ELM team helps developers satisfy code and permitting requirements, design high-value buildings, and maximize available utility incentives for all asset types. ELM’s Boston expansion comes at an ideal time as the new BERDO 2.0 guidelines take effect and the firm can complete the now required third-party verification for building owners/managers.

Whit Wilcox, VP of Partnerships with ELM tells BLDUP, “We are very excited to expand our presence in Boston, one of the top markets for real estate development in the US. We look forward to further serving our existing clients in the area and expanding our client base to assist the Boston development and construction community in meeting new sustainability goals and challenges.” Principal Consultant, Charlie Benzyk added, “I am especially excited to form long-term relationships with portfolio owners to make the transition to net-zero carbon by 2050, as required by BERDO, as painless as possible.”
