Elm Street Communities Closes on Rockville Site for $37M
Elm Street Communities have closed on the purchase of the land at 9710 Great Seneca Highway in Rockville for $36,981,000. The site plan for the development which includes 630 residential units was approved in March of this year and site work is now underway. The= community will include a mix of 2-over-2 condominiums, townhomes, and apartments, as well as approximately 1,700 square feet of retail. The project will provide a series of interconnected open spaces and amenity areas including a civic green, a playing field, a forested area with natural surface trails, a playground, and fitness stations.
