Emblem 125 Tops Off in Providence
East Coast Interiors has topped off wood framing for Emblem 125 in Providence's Jewelry District. A Philadelphia-based developer is constructing a mixed-use project on Parcel 28 in Providence that includes 248 residential units and approximately 22,700-SF of retail space. The project broke ground in October of 2020 and is expected to be complete in the summer of 2022.
