Enovational Leases Nearly 100K SF at The Aleck
Enovational, a data-driven web & app developer has signed on to lease 97,000 square feet of space at The Aleck. The newly renovated 12 story, 175,000 square foot building is located in the heart of Downtown and offers amenities including an indoor/outdoor urban terrace. CBRE brokered the deal on behalf of the owner The Meridian Group with Akridge representing the tenant.
