Everett Development Site Acquired for $5M
Block Properties has acquired the site at 24 Vine Street in Everett for $5M. A preliminary presentation will go before the Everett Planning Board on 10/13 for the site. Early plans call for around 350K square feet of development in a 6 story building. The project would include around 350 units, 4,000 square feet of retail, 450 parking spaces, and resident amenity space.
