The Grossman Companies has acquired the property at 1690 Revere Beach Parkway in Everett, MA for $15.922 million. The property features an 87,834 square foot grocery store (Stop and Shop) that sits on a 5.64-acre parcel of land.
The building was constructed in 2001 and sits directly across the street from Chelsea High School and a short distance to Route-1.
