Everett Street Residences, featuring 19 new condominiums, approved in East Boston
Everett Street Residences, a new residential building in East Boston featuring 19 condominiums, was approved at today’s Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) Board Meeting. The $6.45 million building will feature 6 one-bedroom and 13 two-bedroom residences. Construction of Everett Street Residences is expected to commence this Fall. The building will now go before the City of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) for review; ZBA approval will be required in order for the building to proceed with construction.
