Excavation Begins for 19-Story Condo Project in Gramercy Park
General contractor, , has begun excavation work for a 19-story residential tower, set to rise at 200 East 20th Street in Manhattan's Gramercy Park neighborhood.
Developed by , the building will contain condo units. It will offer only one unit per story on the 17th, 18th, and 19th floors, with the penthouse boasting a private outdoor terrace.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a children's playroom, a bicycle storage area, and a pet spa. The structure will also have square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.
Designed by , 200 East 20th Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is obviously in the early stages, but work is scheduled to complete by June 11th of 2024.
