Excavation Continues for Downtown DC Office Project
The Goldin & Stafford team continues excavation and hauling of contaminated soil at the 1700 M Street site in Downtown DC. The work will make way for an upcoming 11-story, 330,00 square foot office building with ground-floor retail. Amenities at 17xM will be an intentional extension of the “inside out” concept, which is designed to augment personal wellness.
