Excavation Ongoing for Redevelopment of St. James Church in Porter Square
Crews are working on site excavation along Mass. Ave in Cambridge for the redevelopment of the historic St. James Church. Work is also underway to underpin the church as the sanctuary of the building will be preserved as part of the project. When complete St. James Place will feature 46 luxury apartments along with around 2,000 sf of retail space. There will also be 64 parking spaces on-site.
