Excavation Underway at 300 East 83rd Street
Developer and general contractor, , has started excavating the foundation of a 22-story residential tower, going up at 300 East 83rd Street in Manhattan's Yorkville neighborhood.
The building is set to contain condo units as well as square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Designed by , the tower will stand feet tall and total square feet when completed. Construction is expected to take until the fall of 2024.
