Excavation Underway at Fort Lauderdale Beachfront Mega-Complex
Pier 66 Hotel and Marina is undergoing a foundation excavation by Chuck's Backhoe Service. The redevelopment project is being led by Orlando-based Tavistock Development Company.
The 22-acre site will include multiple hotel buildings, a luxury marina, several residential towers, a dozen single family homes, and 32,000 square feet of retail and office space.
