Excavation Underway for Journal Square Tower Project
General contractor, , has started the excavation process for a 26-story residential tower at 425 Summit Avenue in Jersey City's Journal Square neighborhood. Developed by , it will contain market-rate apartment units, available in studio, one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities will include a roof terrace, a golf simulator, a pet spa, a conference center, and storage for over 200 bicycles. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure is set to stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by the Spring of 2024.
