Expansion Underway for Iconic Jewelry Store on Fifth Avenue
Tiffany & Company's flagship location at 727 Fifth Avenue is currently undergoing a major expansion and renovation. Architects at OMA have designed a 3-story addition to replace the building's 8th, 9th, and 10th floors. The general contractor for the project is Structure Tone Inc.
In addition to the expansion, the building will receive a full interior restoration and remodeling. The project is expected to cost upwards of $200 million and work is estimated to complete in the Spring of 2022.
