Exterior Finishes Are Going Up at Gandy Apartments
The frames are up, and construction crews are working on the exterior finishes at Gandy Apartments. The new apartment community at the north end of St. Petersburg will add 102 apartments. Located along Gandy Boulevard near Tampa Bay, the community provides easy access to St. Petersburg and Tampa attractions. The apartments will be contained in two three-story buildings. Community amenities include pool, outdoor kitchen, yoga lawn, leasing office and coworking space.
