Exterior Framing Making Progress on Reading Apartment Development
Masonry exterior work is underway as Olinger Architects makes progress on the Ace Flats in Reading. The upcoming mixed-use 40R development in downtown Reading, just a few blocks from the Reading Commuter Rail Station, will include 55 units, 25% affordable along with 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. The site design also includes a 69-space enclosed parking area on the ground floor along with an indoor common area and a green roof deck/courtyard.
