Exterior Framing Wrapping Up on Alcott Development
Exterior framing is wrapping up on the construction site of The Alcott. Plans call for the replacement of former 650-space Garden Garage with a 44-story, 469-unit residential apartment tower. The tower will include approximately 20,000 square feet of common resident amenities and approximately 2,300 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
