The walls have been tilted, roofs have been installed and the exteriors are being painted at Carrie Meek International Business Park IV (Meek Phase IV) in Opa-locka. The business park will feature 374,219 square feet of space in two 36’ clear height buildings. Building 1 will offer 193,813 square feet and 136 parking spaces, Building 2 will offer 180,406 space and 129 parking spaces. The project sits on 21.38-acres of the 122-acre Carrie Meek International Business Park on the grounds of the Opa Locka Executive Airport in North Central Miami-Dade County, Florida.
