Exterior Nearly Complete at Uptown Sky
The exterior is nearly complete and the foundation for the pool is in place at Uptown Sky, a new workforce apartment community under construction in the University Area of Tampa. Blue Sky Communities is partnering with local non-profit, University Area Community Development Corporation, on the project located at 13603 12th Street at the corner of Fletcher. Uptown Sky will offer 61 two- and three-bedroom units in a four-story building. Amenities include a pool, playground, and a food truck area. Completion is expected in January 2023.
