Exterior Work and Concrete Pouring Make Progress on Kendall East
Exterior brick facade and interior unit bulk drywall installation are making progress on Kendall East. Tocci Building Corporation just wrapped up concrete pouring on the ground floor of Parcel C, consisting of 18 units over 4 stories. A total of 136 residences, 48,500 square feet of office space, 32,550 square feet of retail and approximately 23,000 square feet of public open space will be located on site.
