Exterior Work and Leasing Progress for Watermills at Bridgepoint
Leasing of the commercial space within the east building of Watermills at Bridgeport is complete, as interior finishing is wrapping up for the mixed-use project. Work is also underway for a central courtyard between the two buildings. A sky bridge over this courtyard will connect the two mixed-use buildings which will contain 99 residential units. This Watertown project sits along the Charles River and across the street from the upcoming 385 Pleasant Street mixed-use development.
