Exterior Work and Window Install Underway for 500 Ocean Avenue
Exterior work and window installation are now ongoing for 500 Ocean Avenue along Revere Beach. This new mixed-use project will feature 305 apartments along with ground floor retail space. 500 Ocean Avenue will also include 13,000 square feet of interior and exterior amenity space including a roof deck with unobstructed ocean views, a bar/lounge/media space, a communal workspace, a fitness center with outdoor yoga space and outdoor lap pool.
Construction is expected to be complete in winter 2020.
