Exterior Work Nearing Completion at 1357 W. Roosevelt

A Near West Side residential development at 1357 W. Roosevelt has topped out, with window installation now underway. Part of the Roosevelt Square project, the six-story building will feature 70 mixed-income rental units. Amenities will include a fitness room, dog run, and 40 parking spaces. Nearby, another development at 1257 W. Roosevelt, also by the same team, has just completed exterior work.
