9 Leyland Update 05/24/23

Exterior Work Nearly Complete for 9 Leyland in Dorchester

Kaplan Construction has completed about 60% of the Hardie panel siding installation at 9 Leyland Street in Dorchester. Designed to meet Passive House and LEED Silver certification, the five-story building will provide 43 units of affordable rental supportive housing for seniors, promoting healthy aging and a high quality of life.
