Exterior Work Nearly Complete for Collection14
Exterior work is nearly complete with interior finishing ongoing for Collection14 in DC's Cardoza neighborhood. The 7story, mixed-use project will include 233 residential units along with nearly 40,000 square feet of commercial space and 80 parking spaces. The complex also boasts a fitness center, dog washing station, grilling/ fire pit area, and an expansive rooftop community space, which will host a variety of events and activities.
