Exterior Work Nearly Complete for Edgewood Multifamily Project
Windows are in place and the facade, made of a combination of brick, metal panels, and concrete shingles, is nearly complete for the upcoming multifamily at 2607 Reed Street NE. The new building will include 353 luxury apartments along with 85 below-grade parking spaces. Amenities are set to include a rooftop swimming pool and courtyard.
