Exterior Work Nearly Complete for Malden Condo Project
With windows in place, facade install is also progressing for the upcoming multifamily building at 368 Pleasant Street just outside Malden Center. The building will offer 30 cohousing units along with 5,000 square feet of expanded common spaces, including a meeting & workroom, entertainment room, woodshop, yoga/workout studio, kids’ playroom, arts room, music room, social room/pub, great room and large common kitchen and dining area for occasional shared meals. Construction is expected to be complete in 2022.
